I’m usually all about making it happen yourself. If you want something to chance, you need to do something about it. 

But this situation is so much harder. You can’t do much to help yourself except sending off an application and waiting. Always waiting. I had applied for a super good job, just called but I wanted to make it happen, and now I’m worried I made an idiot out of myself.
